Live Claims/Customs

Use this to add your totals for live claims or custom orders. 

For Live Claims:

• Use the options to equal the total dollar amount of items claimed during TikTok Live. 
• Please verify with us if your total is correct. If the incorrect amount is paid for, the total paid may either be refunded back to you and you will be asked to do another transaction, or your items will be held until the remaining balance is paid for a limited amount of time. 
• If the items are not paid for in a timely manner, the items are considered surrendered and will be available for others to claim. 

For Custom Orders:

• Custom Orders are accepted on a limited basis. To request a custom order, please use the Contact option in the Main Menu. You will receive a reply indicating whether or not we will accept your custom order request within 48 hours - we do reserve the right to deny requests.
• Once a jewelry design has been discussed and finalized, payment is required upfront before the bracelet is constructed. If payment is not received within a timely manner, the request will be cancelled.
• Depending on material availability, please allow up to 7 business days processing time for us to prepare the item to be shipped.
